Our third-party service provider MailChimp
uses web beacons, which are tiny invisible graphics, and click tracking, which
embeds tracking information into each click-through URL, to track who is
opening our newsletters and subscriber engagement.

(including direct marketing). If this changes, we will notify you by revising

We Collect Non-Personal
Information.

 

We
collect non-personal information through Google Analytics and from our
webserver logs from you when you visit our website.  For more information about the non-personal
information collected by Google Analytics, please see our Cookie Notice .  This non-personal
information is stored separately from any personal information you may have
provided, thereby making it harder to connect it to any particular person. The non-personal
information is used to maintain and improve our website and services, to ensure
network and information security, and to prevent and detect fraud.

Our services may be provided using
resources and servers located in various countries around the world, including
the USA and other countries. For example, our website is hosted on servers in
the USA.

 

Your information may be transferred and
processed by third-parties outside the country where you use our services,

(i.e., where you have fewer rights in relation to your information).

 

We expect that our third-party service

How long do we store your

We will retain your personal information

some data for a longer time, for example, where a longer period is required by
applicable law or regulation. In such a case, we will ensure that your personal
information will continue to be treated in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

We seek to use reasonable organizational,
technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information.

 

For example, our website is scanned on a
regular basis for security holes, known vulnerabilities, and malware in order
to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.  Communications with our website are encrypted
through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. 


 

We do not store or
process any of your banking information on our servers and any forms handling
such user input go through an encrypted connection.

are required to keep the information confidential.  Additionally, your personal information is

storage is on secure computers in a locked and certified information center and

Regulations.  We do not represent that we
comply with the privacy laws and regulations in other jurisdictions.

 

We attempt to comply with privacy laws and
regulations in other jurisdictions, such as:

Protection Act (COPPA) Notice.

 

We do not market to children under 13
years old. If you are under 13, you should not provide us with any personal
information.  If we learn that we have
collected personal information from anyone under 13 years old, we promptly will
delete that information.

California Online Privacy
Protection Act (CalOPPA).

 

CalOPPA requires
commercial websites and online services that collect personally identifiable
information from California consumers to post a privacy notice on its website
stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom

Our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals.

 

We do not allow
third-party behavioral tracking on our website.

When we update
this Privacy Notice, we will notify you by revising the date at top of the
Privacy Notice and, in some cases, where appropriate we may provide you with
